Dallas Adaptive Yoga offers Asana, pranayama and mindfulness training for those with
chronic illnesses, disabilities or who find other yoga classes painful.
Alignment and precision are emphasized.

Mindfulness and body awareness are practiced.

Restorative poses are practiced.

Props and gentle adjustments are utilized.

Breath work (Pranayama) is practiced.
